Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure fairness to all clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Depending on service booked, Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or require rescheduling, and the full service fee may still apply. If you will arrive later than 15 minutes past your scheduled time please call or text.
